Öffentlichen Verwaltungen als Bauherren wird etwa empfohlen: Gehen Sie ein Projekt mit maßgeschneiderten und von Bürgern geleiteten Richtlinien an. Setzen Sie Arbeitsplatzförderung für Menschen ein, die in der Umweltbranche oder mit erneuerbaren Energien arbeiten. Argumentieren Sie mit Expertenteams, einem branchenweit anerkannten Versprechen und anderen Formen von Anreizen. Sie als Bauherr verlegen vielleicht nicht die (Hanf-)Ziegel und den (recycelten) Mörtel, aber Ihr Handeln ist genauso wichtig für den Erfolg wie sich verändernde Einstellungen und Bauweisen.
